Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide expert individual, couples, and family therapy services to clients seeking outpatient care.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients’ relational and mental health needs, developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique goals.

• Apply advanced therapeutic techniques rooted in family systems theory to navigate family dynamics, improve communication, and resolve interpersonal conflicts.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention as needed, ensuring the safety and stability of clients and their families during acute situations.

• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and confidential records that comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Provide education and resources on effective communication, conflict resolution, and coping strategies that enhance clients’ emotional well-being.

• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure that each client receives comprehensive and coherent care.

• Engage in continuous professional development, staying current with the latest research and methodologies in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working predominantly with adults, adolescents, and children, providing support to individuals facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family conflicts. Your expertise will enable you to create a nurturing and supportive environment where clients can express their concerns and work towards meaningful solutions.

Qualifications\n

• Current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by the relevant authority in Oregon.

• Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in outpatient therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
