Our Operations team keeps our customers’ infrastructure running safely and securely. We get plenty of opportunities to take on a variety of tasks and develop our technical skills. From overseeing electrical power to cooling and fire suppression systems, our team plays a vital role in making sure everything in our data centers operates as it should. The Role provides strategic leadership for all Data Center locations within a designated market or country. This role ensures seamless service delivery in line with SLAs, regulatory standards, and organizational goals, while driving operational standardization and innovation. The position manages workforce planning, financial performance, and acts as a key escalation point during incidents, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, CTO, DE&C, Finance, and HR. The role is also responsible for customer relationship management, talent development, and direct oversight of significant CAPEX and OPEX budgets, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and supporting organizational change. This compensation range represents the Company’s good faith belief as to what it will pay as a base salary for this position at the time of this posting.
