The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the capture organization and public sector sales operations, with a focus on driving revenue growth across Federal Civilian, Department of Defense, and Intelligence Community markets. This executive will be at the forefront of business development, capture management, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation, leveraging the company's delivery excellence and customer relationships to expand market presence. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the growth strategy, leading all aspects of business development, and owning the company's strategy for acquiring and maximizing federal contract vehicles. The role also involves building and maintaining executive-level relationships, negotiating strategic agreements, and providing executive oversight of major proposals. Applicants for the Vice President, Public Sector Services position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred) and a minimum of 15 years' of experience in federal government services sales, business development, and growth leadership.
