Position Summary

As our Night Auditor, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests receive outstanding service while completing the hotel's nightly accounting and audit procedures. This role combines front desk responsibilities with financial reconciliation and is essential to the smooth operation of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with Marriott's commitment to exceptional hospitality.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and professionally.
• Answer phones, respond to guest requests, and resolve concerns promptly.
• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions and complete the nightly audit.
• Prepare reports for hotel management.
• Process reservations and maintain accurate guest information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby.
• Follow Marriott brand standards and hotel policies.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property during overnight hours.
• Assist with setting up the complimentary breakfast as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping or other duties as assigned to support hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
