SERVPRO® of Old Bridge/Cranbury is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead property damage mitigation and restoration projects from start to finish. Please note: We are specifically looking for candidates with prior restoration project management experience.As a Restoration Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of restoration projects involving water, fire, mold, or storm damage. You'll work closely with customers, insurance professionals, and internal teams to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality job completion.Key responsibilities include:Manage restoration and mitigation projects from start to finishOversee job site activities, schedules, and crew performanceEnsure proper documentation, job costing, and reporting through job management systemsServe as the main point of contact for customers and insurance adjustersCreate estimates using Xactimate (preferred)Ensure all work complies with IICRC standards and SERVPRO® processesParticipate in monthly on-call rotation (1 week/month)Requirements include:Prior restoration project management experience is requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred)IICRC certifications (Water, Fire, or Applied Structural Drying) preferredPMP certification a plusStrong leadership, communication, and organization skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWhy join us?Medical and dental insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation timeFull-time: Monday–Friday scheduleMonthly on-call rotation (1 week/month)Paid training and career advancement opportunitiesWork for a nationally recognized and respected restoration leaderTake the next step in your restoration career.
