About the Role

You'll work side-by-side with our Interim Program Logistics Manager, learning every aspect of our interim operations while becoming the backup for one of the most important functions in our company. During busy periods, you'll help coordinate travel, housing, credentialing, onboarding, and countless behind-the-scenes details that allow our interim executives to arrive at hospitals ready to lead. As you become proficient, you'll cross-train across virtually every administrative function in our business and provide support to our Associate Partners and Principal Partners when operations allow. This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, loves solving problems, and takes pride in making everything appear effortless-even when a hundred moving pieces are happening behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

Every day is a little different, but responsibilities may include:

• Coordinate airfare, rental cars, hotels, furnished housing, and travel logistics for healthcare executives across the country
• Assist with credentialing, licensing, onboarding, and compliance documentation
• Learn every aspect of interim operations so you can seamlessly support the team during vacations or peak workload periods
• Help monitor assignment timelines, renewals, extensions, and important deadlines
• Communicate with hospitals, interim leaders, vendors, and internal team members
• Research housing options and negotiate accommodations
• Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
• Support our recruiting team with administrative projects as needed
• Identify ways to improve processes and help us continue scaling efficiently
• Jump in wherever needed-because startups don't have job descriptions, they have missions
