DescriptionWe are looking for a Strategic Finance Manager to lead key financial initiatives and provide insightful analysis that drives business decisions. This role focuses on optimizing financial processes, forecasting, and strategic planning to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is adept at delivering accurate financial insights.Responsibilities:Lead the annual budget cycle, financial modeling, and monthly reporting with cross-functional alignmentDeliver strategic financial analysis and updates to executives, Board, and investorsPartner with the CFO on capital markets activities and lead financing diligenceCollaborate cross-functionally to evaluate product launches, unit economics, partnerships, and resource allocationBuild dashboards and reporting to track key financial and operational metricsProvide clear, actionable financial insights and support ad hoc strategic initiatives with high executive exposureRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, STEM, or related field4–6 years of investment banking or corporate finance experienceAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skills with strong grasp of core finance principlesComfortable engaging senior executives and translating complex data into actionable insightsStrong analytical, quantitative, communication, and teamwork skillsHighly organized self-starter able to manage multiple priorities under deadlinesExperience with financial systems and analytics tools; NetSuite and Aleph a plusJob typePerm
