Your Responsibilities Include

• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and developing tailored care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, and chronic conditions both collaboratively and independently, depending on your credentials
• Providing education to patients and families related to prevention, wellness initiatives, and chronic disease management
• Prescribing medications and treatment modalities as per your licensure

Qualifications and Education

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree
• Graduation from a recognized Nurse Practitioner program

Licensure and Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent in your specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
