Trident Consulting is currently seeking a ”Workday Time & Absence Consultant " for one of our clients in "Remote" . A global leader in business and technology services.
Role: Workday Time & Absence Consultant
Location: Remote
Type: Contract
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of hands-on Workday Absence and Time Tracking experience .
- Strong understanding of global time tracking rules, absence management, and leave policy design .
- Experience configuring complex absence plans and accrual rules .
- Experience with Workday Time Tracking configuration, including time entry, validations, approvals, schedules, and calendars.
- Workday certification in Absence and/or Time Tracking .
- Experience supporting M&A integrations or implementations .
- Experience with complex Time & Absence integrations involving Payroll and Scheduling systems.
