THE ROLE: FloSports is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help power our hiring engine. This is a high-impact, in-office role where you’ll own scheduling, support recruiting across all teams, and run our internship program end-to-end. If you’re highly organized, proactive, and want to grow into a full-cycle recruiter, this is your seat at the table. RESPONSIBILITIES: Own interview scheduling across all departments (high volume, fast-paced) Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from first touch to offer Support recruiting across business, tech, and operations roles Build and send offer letters Keep pipelines clean and processes moving in Ashby (ATS) Run FloSports’ internship program end-to-end KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 0-2 years experience (recruiting, coordination, or admin) Extremely organized + detail-oriented Strong communicator who follows through Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable owning your work Excited to grow into a recruiter BONUS: In-office, collaborative environment with direct access to hiring managers High ownership, high visibility role Fast track into full-cycle recruiting Be part of building the future of sports media OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY: FloSports exists to elevate the communities, athletes, and sports that have too often been overlooked.
