ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a primary Customer Service Representative / Manager to grow with our Agency (preferrably with State Farm experience). We are 7 years into Agency & looking to build the team long term! This position will be fully in office to start with the ability to be hybrid / remote after training. As an office, we are in full growth mode as an Agency. We have to pivot, look for gaps in coverages for existing & new clients & share the Agency vision of growth. We have a great small team set in place for the future with a great office dynamic & we're looking to add another vital piece to the team. Office location - Just outside Philadelphia near City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

As a Customer Service Representative with Glenn Goodrich Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pivot from existing clients & uncovering needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Writing new business on occasion from pivots, walk & call ins.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service & sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
