CGP: F/C Bookkeeper

We are seeking a dedicated financial professional Bookkeeper to join our client's office. This onsite role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions and reports. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $35 to $38 per hour.

• Prepare and promptly send invoices to customers.
  
  
• Reconcile expense reports to ensure accurate project billing.
  
  
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.
  
  
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
  
  
• Process timesheets, expense reports, employee deductions, and reimbursements.
  
  
• Assist in onboarding new hires and consultants.
  
  
• Process vendor invoices in QuickBooks and ensure timely payments.
  
  
• Set up and update vendor information with W9 details.
  
  
• Reconcile vendor statements and correct discrepancies.
  
  
• Maintain accounts payable files and records.
  
  

• Proficiency with payroll and accounting/billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Bill4Time, Rabco, ADP).
  
  
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  
  
• Strong technical and multitasking skills with the ability to integrate technology to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  
  
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
  
  
• 5+ years of experience in A/R, A/P, Payroll, and General Ledger.
