Senior Associate, Venture Investing

Isogon Ventures is looking for a Senior Associate to join their team in New York. This role involves sourcing and evaluating early-stage investments in industrial technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in venture capital or related fields and a passion for supporting founders. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships and contribute to the growth of the firm. What You’ll Do Source and manage a pipeline of Series A opportunities in industrial technology. Build relationships with founders, angels, and co-investors. Represent Isogon at industry events and conferences. Conduct market analysis and technical diligence on potential investments. Prepare investment memos and present recommendations to the team. Contribute to firm-building activities as the platform grows. What You Need 3-8 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, or investment banking. Passion for startups and belief in the startup ecosystem. Ability to evaluate technical products and engage with engineers and founders. Experience with financial modeling and investment analysis. Strong relationship-building skills and proactive sourcing abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-directed with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
