Senior Accounting Manager

We\'re seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead month-end close, financial reporting, and accounting operations while supporting an upcoming ERP implementation. This role oversees one direct report, partners with cross-functional teams, and ensures compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. Responsibilities Own the month-end close process and financial reporting. Review general ledger activity, reconciliations, and journal entries. Support internal and external audits. Oversee operational accounting and ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS. Lead and mentor one accounting team member. Drive process improvements and support ERP implementation initiatives. Partner with business leaders on accounting-related matters. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance. 5-8 years of accounting experience. Experience leading month-end close. Prior supervisory experience. Background in manufacturing, consumer products, industrial, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or similar industries. SAP or comparable ERP experience. Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred CPA. Big 4/public accounting experience. ERP implementation experience. Knowledge of IFRS. Compensation: $120,000-135,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
