Miami, FL – 4 days on‑site, 1 day remote. Goliath Partners is a subsidiary of Meritaas, specializing in talent solutions across the trading, quantitative research, and artificial intelligence sectors. Role Overview Lead Recruitment Consultant responsible for building and managing a team of up to 3-4 consultants within the first 12 months. Key Responsibilities Build and lead a recruitment team focused on the following markets: Quant Trading / Discretionary PMs & SPMs, Quant Research (Central Liquidity Books through to Pods), Sell Side / Buy Side. Qualifications Experience in one or more of the aforementioned markets. Strong leadership and team‑building skills. Compensation and Benefits NYC-equivalent commission plan & salary with no state tax in Florida.
