Construction Project Manager

Job Description

The key responsibilities include estimating from both concept designs and complete designs, assisting the design team with budgetary pricing, completing all aspects of project bidding, scope and evaluating bids from subcontractors and suppliers, assisting with the development of an estimating database, maintaining a cost history database, reviewing estimates with the design and construction teams, and assisting the Project Manager with project budget setup.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field plus related experience, 5+ years in conceptual estimating, MEP experience is a plus, hands on construction experience, and projects will be focused on Education, Healthcare, Retail and Industrial work.
