Senior Paid Media Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a dynamic marketing team, the contract Senior Paid Media Specialist will manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) Conduct A/B testing and funnel analysis to improve campaign effectiveness Manage budgets and collaborate with stakeholders to align on campaign goals and performance metrics Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in paid media Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Experience with campaign management and performance marketing Strong skills in budget management and ROAS optimization Familiarity with Google Analytics and attribution models
