T3 Micro is looking for a strategic sales leader to drive growth across key retail, professional beauty and international accounts. This role will lead our Ulta and SalonCentric partnerships while overseeing distributor relationships across the EU, UK and Australia. THE OPPORTUNITY

T3 Micro is looking for a commercially minded sales leader to own and grow key strategic accounts while helping expand our international business. This role will lead the Ulta and SalonCentric partnerships and oversee beauty distributor relationships across the EU, UK and Australia. The Director, Key Accounts & International Sales will translate brand strategy into high-impact customer plans, promotional calendars, launches and programs that drive net sales, profitability, market share and long-term partnership value.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

· Manage and develop long-term relationships with key retail partners and international distributors, serving as the primary commercial lead for Ulta and SalonCentric.

· Build and execute strategic account plans aligned to the T3 marketing calendar, launch priorities, retailer programs and customer-specific growth opportunities.

· Own account performance, driving net sales, profit, market share and sell-through.

· Develop strong cross-functional relationships across customer organizations and maintain a consistent, productive business cadence.

· Understand each customer’s strategy, business model and priorities, identifying opportunities to align T3 initiatives with measurable customer value.

· Lead seasonal planning, promotional calendars and customer-specific initiatives that support growth and strengthen account performance.

· Partner closely with Marketing, Digital, Operations, Planning, Education and Sales Administration on launches, merchandising, forecasting, exclusive items and overall account execution.

· Provide strategic recommendations based on customer performance, market trends, inventory, digital opportunities and competitive activity.

· Lead customer presentations, business reviews and internal planning with confidence and executive-level communication.

· Maintain expert-level knowledge of the T3 portfolio, innovation pipeline, category trends and competitive positioning.

· Ensure timely completion of key account requirements, including new item setup, assortment changes, display needs and other customer deliverables.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

· 5+ years of progressive sales, key account or commercial experience in beauty, consumer products, professional beauty or a related industry; director-level scope or demonstrated readiness to operate at that level strongly preferred.

· Direct experience managing Ulta beauty.

· Professional salon industry experience is highly desirable, including experience working with professional stylists, salons, beauty distributors, professional education and/or the SalonCentric channel.

· Strong understanding of prestige beauty, retail sales, operations, merchandising, digital commerce and current beauty trends.

· Experience working with distributors and/or international markets is strongly preferred.

· Demonstrated ability to identify business challenges, create action plans and drive resolution across inventory, stock, execution and other account-level business issues.

· Strong negotiation, presentation and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and external partners.

· Strategic thinker who is also highly execution-oriented, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:

· Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation: Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation, as regular travel and driving are essential functions of this role.

· This role is open in Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA and New York City, NY. It is remote in IL & NY and hybrid in LA.
