About the role
We build software that bankruptcy trustees and financial professionals rely on every day. When they have a question, you're the voice they hear. This is a phone-first support role for someone who likes solving problems for real people and keeps their cool when the caller doesn't.
You'll report to a hands-on leader who works alongside the team.

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and walk customers through questions on our software
• Handle email and chat support when the phones are quiet
• Log accurate notes and account updates in our systems
• Spot recurring issues and flag them to the team
• Learn our products deeply enough to teach them
  
  

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in customer service with heavy phone volume (call center, bank branch, credit union, or similar)
• Comfortable in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Fast, accurate data entry
• Clear writer, patient explainer
• Bonus -if you have: banking, loan operations, or bankruptcy exposure
• Ideal Candidate - someone that has been a teller, paralegal, worked within a banking or credit union environment working in a customer facing role.
• Must be able to work an eight hour shift between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST
