Director of Philanthropy and Corporate Giving

A rapidly growing hospitality brand is seeking a Director of Philanthropy & Corporate Giving to lead and organize the company’s charitable initiatives, community partnerships, and philanthropic strategy. This is a newly elevated role designed for someone who is both mission-driven and highly operational, capable of bringing structure, consistency, and leadership to driving corporate philanthropic initiatives.

This person will manage and direct ongoing charitable initiatives, oversee donation and giving strategies, partner with leadership on community impact efforts, and provide leadership to a junior team member currently supporting foundation operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, thoughtful, proactive, and experienced navigating both nonprofit and corporate philanthropic environments. They should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setting while bringing professionalism and structure to community impact efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all philanthropic and corporate giving initiatives

• Help organize and execute charitable campaigns, partnerships, and community programs

• Partner closely with executive leadership on philanthropic priorities and strategic initiatives

• Manage donation requests, sponsorships, partnerships, and charitable outreach efforts

• Support and oversee foundation-related operations and initiatives

• Provide leadership and direction to junior support staff and interns

• Build systems and processes to improve organization, communication, and follow-through across philanthropic initiatives

• Help identify new partnership and impact opportunities aligned with the company’s mission and values

• Maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations, community partners, and external stakeholders

Ideal Background:

• Experience working within a corporate entity with a focus on driving charitable initiatives

• Strong understanding of philanthropic operations, charitable giving, and community partnerships

• Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills

• Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution

• Experience supporting founders or executive leadership preferred

• Passion for community impact and mission-driven work

• Experience working with or alongside 501(c)(3) organizations strongly preferred

Salary Range DOE $100K-$110K
