The Assistant House Manager is a working supervisor who is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations and management of one house. With three caregivers (including the assistant manager) sharing assistance to eight residents, there is plenty of time for life‑enriching activities for the residents, working directly with families, the inevitable paperwork in assisted living and building a cohesive team. The Assistant House Manager, using the many available company resources, solves problems and implements service delivery that provides exceptional outcomes for the residents.
