Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be working with individuals in hospice care, many of whom are coping with end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.
