Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions across a wide age range, addressing issues related to anxiety, trauma, and substance use.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for each therapy session, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with both organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Manage scheduling of ongoing client appointments, ensuring an organized approach to therapy and open communication regarding availability.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Utilize available billing services for claims processing, benefit verification, and management of insurance accounts, minimizing administrative hurdles so that you can focus on client care.

In this role, you will work with clients from varied backgrounds who are dealing with mental health issues, particularly anxiety and trauma, alongside substance use disorders. Your expertise will be essential in helping these individuals navigate their recovery journeys within a supportive and safe environment. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a current LCSW license for independent practice in Illinois.
