The role focuses on a Resource Specialist Program (RSP) caseload, tailored during the interview process. As a valued educator, you'll play an essential role in fostering academic growth and social development for students requiring mild to moderate intervention services.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and active CTC licensure with Mild/Moderate authorization required
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher highly desirable
• Knowledge of IEP processes and implementation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative work with students, families, and colleagues
• Commitment to adapting instruction to meet a range of learning needs
• Ability to maintain a supportive and inclusive environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and revise individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver specialized instruction aligned with each student’s goals
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
• Liaise with general education teachers and related service providers
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
