Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and inform treatment strategies.

• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their goals are prioritized and tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy through telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Document treatment processes and client progress meticulously, maintaining accurate clinical notes and summaries in accordance with organizational policies.

• Engage in disposition planning and follow-up care, ensuring clients have the tools and resources needed for ongoing success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you'll primarily focus on adult and geriatric populations, with potential expansion to child and adolescent clients as your caseload evolves. You will engage with individuals facing an array of challenges, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
