Responsibilities : Help to develop, sell and deliver technology enabled healthcare strategy and transformation service offerings Lead high-performing teams comprised of resources across service lines including process, technology and analytics talentDemonstrate strong functional knowledge of payer, provider or PBM operations and act as a subject matter professional across transformation projectsSupport the development of new business through relationship building and project proposal effortsDrive team performance and quality delivery through appropriate project management, project budget management and issue resolutionParticipate in continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offeringsQualifications : A minimum of eight years of consulting experience in health payer industry or executive level experience working in a health payer organization; demonstrated understanding of healthcare reform and other key industry trends/drivers (value-based care, medical management, health payer operational efficiency, consumerism)Masters degree from an accredited college/universityDirect experience in leading large transformation projects which includes managing complex project budgets and timelines, significant stakeholder engagement and management and understanding complex regulatory issues and the ability to identify business opportunities, attract new business and build lasting professional relationships with senior client executives and relevant skills in project management with hands-on experienceExcellent foundational consulting skills such as analytical, written and verbal communication, client presence along with facilitation and presentation skillsWilling to travel up to 80-100%Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
