THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOININGPrivately held, growth-oriented organization operating in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.Multi-location business supporting a high-volume employee population across operations and sales.Lean, collaborative HR team with visibility across senior leadership and business partners.Leadership style offers autonomy and accessibility, with an expectation of responsiveness, ownership, and sound judgment.Organization is continuing to evolve, creating an opportunity for HR to influence engagement, workforce alignment, and leadership effectiveness. LOCATIONOn-site 4 days a week in Charlotte NCFrequent travel across the US to other offices WHAT THEY OFFER YOUOpportunity to serve as a true HR partner to business leaders across a large, fast-moving employee group.High-impact role supporting approximately 400 employees across multiple locations and functions.Visibility and partnership with senior leaders across operations, sales, recruiting, and HR.Ability to influence workforce planning, staffing strategy, employee engagement, retention, performance management, and leadership coaching.Collaborative HR structure with peer support, while still offering autonomy and ownership over the assigned business group. WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANTThis role will support a large, multi-location employee population in a fast-paced business environment.The HRBP will partner closely with leaders on workforce planning, staffing needs, employee relations, and retention.This person will coach managers, support employee engagement, and help strengthen leadership consistency across the business.The role requires someone who can build trust quickly, influence without authority, and push back respectfully when needed.This is a hands-on HRBP opportunity for someone comfortable being close to the business and staying connected across locations. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITSSeveral years of progressive HRBP experience supporting employee populations of 300=400+Experience partnering with leaders across operations, sales, or other high-volume business groups.Strong background in workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, retention, engagement, and manager coaching.Ability to operate independently, build credibility with demanding leaders, and adapt as business needs shift.Experience in fast-paced industries such as transportation, logistics, sales, manufacturing, hospitality, or similar environments would translate well.Reference: 69039
