What You'll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in Level II and Level III NICU settings
• Use advanced neonatal technologies such as body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists and diverse healthcare teams
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in teaching programs
• Ensure comprehensive, family-centered care for newborns
• Support a positive, collaborative work environment with a dedicated nursing and ancillary staff
• Promote work-life balance with flexible scheduling options

What You Need

• Valid BC/BE in Neonatology
• Previous neonatal intensive care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-quality clinical environment
