Lo que ofrecemos:
- Salario competitivo (¡comisiones ilimitadas de hasta $100,000!).
- Subsidio mensual para automóvil y teléfono celular ($1,000). Serás elegible para un bono garantizado de $1,000 durante los primeros 3 meses y un bono de $500 durante los siguientes 4-6 meses o una comisión sobre el margen bruto (recibirás el mayor de los dos).
- Comisión de ventas del 2 al 4% sobre el margen bruto + $100 por cada cliente nuevo (se debe lograr un margen bruto de $200).
- Precios para empleados en todos nuestros productos Prime Meats.

- Bono por referencia de hasta $500-700.
Responsabilidades:
- Gestión de una cartera de cuentas para lograr el éxito a largo plazo.
- Adquirir nuevos clientes, mejorar la retención de clientes, la mezcla de productos y el volumen, mientras se mantiene un margen de ventas rentable.
- Sugerir mejoras aplicables y relevantes para ayudar a los clientes con todo lo que necesiten.
- Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas semanales, mensuales y trimestrales.
- Reunirse con los clientes para discutir sus necesidades cambiantes y evaluar la calidad de la relación de nuestra empresa con ellos.
- Garantizar que la Misión y los Valores Corporativos se sigan en todo momento.
Requisitos:
- Más de 2 años de experiencia en ventas.
- Se requiere experiencia en la industria alimentaria (preferiblemente).
- Excelentes habilidades de negociación/comunicación.
- Perspicacia empresarial con actitud de resolución de problemas.
- Habilidades para priorizar, gestionar el tiempo y organizar.
