Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician servicing the DMV area. The Heating Air Conditioning Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, performing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting issues. Additional responsibilities include installing and maintaining various heating and cooling systems, and ensuring compliance with EPA regulations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
• Familiarity with EPA regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years HVAC experience
• Must have or be in the process of obtaining journeyman's license
• Must be committed to working full time hours
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred
• Must be able to lift, carry and move objects of 50lbs
• Must be able relocate 10ft ladder without assistance
• Must be able to walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, and reach over head to perform work duties

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 (based on experience)

A sign on bonus of up to $5000 available to well qualified candidates.
