Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, entry points, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support authorized entry, badge verification, and/or after-hours access procedures. Communicate clearly with employees, guests, and vendors regarding site expectations, assist with routine inquiries, and escalate security-related issues when needed. Minimum Requirements Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
