Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, which will lead to the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using secure telehealth platforms, adjusting techniques based on each client’s unique experiences and treatment objectives.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic, achievable therapeutic goals and provide continuous guidance, acting as a source of support throughout their treatment journey.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to enhance client engagement, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Document and track therapy sessions meticulously, updating client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with our professional standards.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
