Nurse Practitioner for In-home Visits

Position Overview We’re hiring board‑certified nurse practitioner contractors to conduct In‑home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities Conduct in‑home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well‑being and identify potential barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history reviews and a physical evaluation performed in the member’s home. Qualifications Board‑certified nurse practitioner contractor. State license required. Preferred: Medicaid license or willingness to enroll with support. Independent contractor (1099) status. Compensation & Benefits Earn up to $2,500 to $4,000 each week (average 6–9 visits daily, base rate $80 per completed assessment). Increase per‑visit rate up to 135% with our Market Multiplier. Earn additional compensation via a pay‑per‑test model for qualifying visits. Availability incentives based on weekly availability. Flexible schedule; shifts available Monday‑Sunday (no nights or weekends required). Short‑term or long‑term basis. Pre‑scheduled visits in‑home with health plan members. Airfare, hotel, and rental car available (depending on eligibility). Malpractice coverage. Independent contractor with 1099 status.
