What You'll Do

• Organize, sort, and prepare physical documents for scanning and electronic storage.
• Scan, index, and accurately file records within the company's document management system.
• Review documents for quality and ensure all records are complete and properly categorized.
• Identify records that meet retention requirements for secure destruction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of records retention and destruction activities.
• Retrieve and organize both physical and electronic records as needed.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience with records management, document imaging, scanning, or file administration preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with both paper and electronic filing systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.

• At least 2 years of experience in records management, document control, scanning, or file administration
• Working knowledge of records retention practices and document scanning processes
• Strong organizational skills with consistent attention to detail and accuracy
