Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be integral to our clinical team and engage in the following tasks:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of couples and individual family members to identify treatment needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflict resolution among family members, medical issues, and more.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions while also offering individual therapy to each family member when necessary.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that respect the dynamics and needs of blended families and those navigating separation or divorce.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in our digital health record system.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance treatment collaboration across various disciplines and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on diverse clientele including adults, children, and adolescents, addressing a wide spectrum of behavioral health challenges. You will provide therapeutic support to families experiencing conflict, emotional distress, and adjustment issues.
