Join Kite and help create more tomorrows.Job DescriptionKeyResponsibilities:ServeasalabelingsubjectmatterexpertandprovideguidanceacrossRegulatoryAffairs,Legal,PackageEngineering,QualityAssurance.Label Template Review and Approval review and approve label design templatesLeadandsupportcomplexlabelingprojectswhereestablishedprecedentsmaynotexist,requiringindependentjudgmentandinnovativeproblem-solving.Managecross-functionallabelingimplementationactivitiestoensureproductlabelingchangesareexecutedaccuratelyandwithinrequiredtimelines.CoordinatetheimplementationofnewlabelingwithMaterialsManagementandmultiplemanufacturingorpackagingsites.Drivethecompletionofcomplexlabelingprocessesbycollaboratingwithstakeholdersandensuringcompliancewithregulatoryandbusinessrequirements.Developandrecommendprocessimprovementsbasedonnovelapproachestoexistinglabelingoperationsandworkflows.Author,revise,andimprovesystems,procedures,andSOPstoenhancelabelingefficiencies,compliance,andoperationaleffectiveness.EnsurelabelingactivitiescomplywithFDAregulations,cGMPrequirements,andapplicableregulatoryguidancedocuments.Facilitatecommunicationandalignmentamongcross-functionalteamstoresolvelabelingissuesandsupportsuccessfulimplementation.Supportcontinuousimprovementinitiativesfocusedonlabelingaccuracy,compliance,consistency,andoperationalexcellence.Basic Qualifications:At least 5 yearsofrelevantexperiencewithaBS/BAdegree,ORAt least 4yearsofrelevantexperiencewithanMSdegree.Pharmaceuticalindustryexperiencerequired.StrongknowledgeofFDAregulations,cGMPrequirements,andregulatoryguidancedocuments.Demonstratedexpertiseinproductlabelingoperationsandlabelingimplementationprocesses.Strongverbalcommunication,technicalwriting,andinterpersonalskills.Experiencemanagingcomplexcross-functionalprojectsandstakeholderrelationships.ProficiencywithMicrosoftOfficeapplications.Abilitytodevelopprocessimprovements,driveoperationalchanges,andworkeffectivelyinambiguousorevolvingenvironments.Preferred Qualifications:Labeling experience preferredOnsite Requirement: 3x days per weekThe salary range for this position is: $107,185.00 - $138,710.00. Kite considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
