Sales and Scheduling Coordinator (JustCall, CallRail, CRM)

Our client is looking for a proactive Sales and Scheduling Coordinator (JustCall, CallRail, CRM) to manage sales outreach and scheduling operations for a growing automatic gate and garage door business. In this remote role, you will handle warm leads, schedule service appointments, and manage team calendars across two companies using CRM tools, phone, email, and SMS. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and bring 3+ years of sales, outreach, or business development experience, this is an excellent opportunity to deliver impactful customer support while working flexible Pacific Time hours. Schedule: Sun-Fri, 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM US Pacific Time, Saturday OFF, 6 hours/day, 36 hours/week Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to leads from multiple sources including Yelp, Thumbtack, and web forms Conduct outbound follow-up calls and messages to warm leads to secure appointments Manage and update the CRM with accurate client records, appointment details, and lead status Schedule service appointments and coordinate calendars for two separate companies Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and SMS throughout the inquiry and booking process Provide light personal assistant support including meeting reminders and calendar management Requirements 3+ years experience in sales, outreach support, or business development experience Experience using JustCall and CallRail is required Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling workflows Experience managing and following up with leads from Thumbtack is a plus. Above average verbal and written English communication skills Candidates who respond to the screening questions will be prioritized.
