Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for German-speaking clients and partners within the digital advertising ecosystem, providing expert guidance and product support.
• Analyse clients' digital ad campaign performance data, identify areas for optimisation, and deliver actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and engagement metrics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to digital advertising platforms, ad tagging, tracking pixels, and campaign delivery systems in a timely and professional manner.
• Onboard new German-speaking advertisers and agencies onto digital marketing platforms, delivering clear and structured product training and walkthroughs tailored to their specific needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal product, engineering, and account management teams to relay client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of digital advertising products.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging developments within the digital marketing and programmatic advertising landscape, ensuring clients receive up-to-date strategic advice.
• Prepare and present detailed technical reports, performance summaries, and strategic roadmaps for key German-speaking accounts in the digital ads space.
• Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your client portfolio, working with account teams to grow product adoption and deepen client relationships.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate confidently and professionally with German-speaking clients at all levels.
• Valid EU passport or relevant documentation granting the right to work within the European Union (mandatory).
• Demonstrated experience or strong foundational knowledge in digital marketing, online advertising platforms (such as Google Ads , Meta Ads , or programmatic display), or ad technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into clear, client-friendly recommendations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional, client-first approach and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency in English as a working language is an advantage, as the international team environment requires cross-functional collaboration.
