Job Title: Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

Location: Seattle, WA

Annual salary: up to 200K DOE - Bonuses based on personal and firm performance

• Willing and able to work in the office 5 days a week.
• Hybrid work model is available after 6 months of employment

Our client is a successful personal injury law firm that is looking for an Attorney who thinks strategically and fights for their clients. Our business has grown substantially over the past 15 years.

• This role is hands-on: some days you will handle complex negotiations or prepare for arbitration. Everyone on the team contributes wherever needed.

Job duties:

• Take ownership of personal injury cases from intake to resolution
• Negotiate directly with insurance companies to maximize client recoveries.
• Draft, file, and argue motions in Superior Court.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Handle arbitrations (2–3 prior arbitrations strongly preferred).
• Assist with discovery, case preparation, and client communication.
• Be willing to jump in wherever needed — including administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• JD and an active license to practice in Washington
• 3+ years of personal injury experience are required
• A solid track record of negotiating with insurance companies is required.
• *Arbitration and deposition experience is strongly desired.
• *Civil litigation experience, including drafting and filing motions, is a plus.
• *Highly intelligent, resourceful, and willing to work hard.
