What you will do:

• Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions;
• Monitor creator performance, follow up on missed requirements, and provide feedback or re-training;
• Coordinate projects and workflows, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time;
• Handle operational issues and escalations by investigating and driving them to resolution;
• Collaborate with other agents and cross-functional teams to ensure effective operations;
• Proactively identify and address issues to keep projects and market operations running smoothly;
• Investigate fraud and risk cases, taking appropriate action when needed;
• Track operational performance and KPIs using Google Sheets and internal tools;
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process and operational improvements;

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Native Spanish and excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal at C1 level) is a must;
• Solution-oriented mindset with solid project management skills;
• Experience handling data in Google Sheets , including knowledge of filters, formulas, pivot tables is a must;
• Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously;
• Proactive approach with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities;
• Detail-oriented approach;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload);

Will be a great plus:

• Previous experience in operations, project coordination, creator/account management or marketplace operations;
