Stellenbeschreibung: Als Sales Manager sind Sie für die Expansion von STUDIO AR in der Northern Germany Region verantwortlich. Sie unterstützen unser Vertriebsteam und tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, neue Handelsbeziehungen zu gewinnen und bestehende Partnerschaften weiter zu stärken. Mit Ihrem analytischen Ansatz, Ihrer Leidenschaft für unsere Marke und Ihrem proaktiven Handeln werden Sie den Umsatz steigern und unsere Position im Markt ausbauen. Sie sind eine gut organisierte, serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einer positiven, teamorientierten Haltung, die in einem dynamischen Umfeld souverän agiert. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Maximierung des Umsatzwachstums und der Verkaufszahlen in der Northern Germany Region.
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen mit bestehenden sowie neuen Kunden.
  • Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Verkaufsziele und exzellenten Kundenservice.
  • Monatliche Berichterstattung über Verkaufsaktivitäten und Ergebnisse an die Geschäftsführung.
  • Analyse von Markttrends und Wettbewerbsaktivitäten zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktteam, um sicherzustellen, dass die Kollektionen optimal an die Bedürfnisse unserer Zielgruppen angepasst sind.
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Angeboten, Vertragsverhandlungen und Geschäftsabschlüssen.
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Mode, Wirtschaft oder Vertrieb.
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im Premium Segment.
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis des deutschen Premium-Mode-Marktes und Wholesale-Kanälen.
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, um STUDIO AR sowohl intern als auch extern erfolgreich zu vertreten.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Proaktive „Play-to-Win“-Mentalität und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für den Modehandel.
