Night Shift CNC Machine Operator

Responsibilities Complete tool, fixture, and material setup on CNC Swiss-style machine (Dual Spindle Dual Turret) and Eurotech Rapido type machines. Run first-piece articles to make them ready for inspection. Verify parts using precision measuring equipment. Change tools and offsets based on cutting conditions. Use proper methodology and cutting tools to produce quality parts that adhere to production and quality standards. Apply appropriate feed rates, speeds, and cutting parameters for workpiece metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, and Inconel. Revise programs as needed based on engineering or production changes. Participate in troubleshooting CNC programming and production‑related issues on the shop floor. Perform post‑processing of hardware as required. Perform other similar or related duties as required. Qualifications Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CNC operation with setup experience. Experience with a dual spindle dual turret lathe or Swiss machine is a plus. Some programming software experience is a plus. General knowledge of GD&T and inspection tools. Minimum high school education or equivalent. Machinist trade certification is a plus. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communication. Experience with precision inspection tooling (calipers, thread gauges, micrometers, bore gauges, air gauges, etc.). Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Night Shift, Monday–Friday, 4:30pm – 3:00am. Compensation: Salary Range $22.00–$28.00 per hour, with a 10% shift premium and up to 10 hours of overtime available weekly.
