Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license
• Proven success in pediatric and school-based occupational therapy
• Proficient in delivering OT services in schools, healthcare, home health, and teletherapy
• Strong knowledge of fine motor skill development and intervention
• Experience assessing, planning, and providing direct therapy tailored to student needs
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor and functional skills
• Provide engaging, effective on-site therapeutic interventions
