Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the unique needs of children and their families.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to provide support based on the specific goals and challenges of each child.

• Monitor and evaluate progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to meet dynamic family needs.

• Develop rapport with children and their families, ensuring a supportive and trusting environment during all interactions.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to enhance family collaboration in meetings.
\n
• Provide guidance and strategies to families related to their child's development, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

• Comply with all relevant Federal and State regulations to ensure the safety and health of all clients and staff.
\n
• Engage in a coaching model during family sessions, applying natural environment teaching methods.
\n
• Document services provided, outcomes achieved, and recommendations made, ensuring thorough record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on children from birth to three years old who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. You will be responsible for addressing a variety of developmental areas, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Our approach emphasizes family-centered practices, ensuring that you work closely with families as integral partners in their child’s developmental journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
