Technical Sales Manager

Join a leading chemical distributor in Poland as our new Technical Sales Manager. You'll be the driving force behind our growth, blending your technical know-how with sales savvy in a close-knit, family-run team.

Your Tasks

Win New Business: Identify and engage prospects, turning leads into long-term clients.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Be the go-to expert, guiding clients through our product range and services.
Explore New Markets: Spot emerging opportunities and expand our footprint at home and abroad.
Represent Us: Showcase our solutions at national and international industry fairs.
Source & Negotiate: Find the best suppliers for raw materials and help lock in advantageous contracts.
Drive Communication: Keep clients in the loop via email, calls, and online tools.
Report Progress: Track and share your achievements and plans with the team.

What We're Looking For

Strong grounding in household and industrial chemistry, plus hands-on application know-how.
Fluent English (B2+); Italian is a bonus.
Proficient with MS Office and remote-communication platforms.
At least 3 years' experience blending R&D insights with sales results.
A degree in biotechnology, chemistry, or a related field.
A collaborative spirit, ready to thrive in a dynamic, family-style environment.
A valid B-category driving license.
