SENIOR LEGAL ASSISTANT
Prominent mid-sized regional law firm is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Legal Assistant to support attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of legal support experience , strong administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal support professional looking to join a collaborative and professional team!
Responsibilities:

• Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
• Manage attorney calendars, schedules, and deadlines
• Coordinate meetings, depositions, and other appointments
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files
• Assist with court filings, document management, and case tracking
• Communicate with clients, courts, and outside counsel as needed
• Provide general administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
  Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, or similar role; experience with trust & estates and\/or tax law matters ideal, but not required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
