• 24-hour shifts -- 7 am to 7 am in-house hospitalist model
• 6 - 8 shifts per month
• OB hospitalist coverage across two hospital facilities
• Triage & evaluation of emergent and urgent OB patients on L&D
• Full OB/L&D management when no private attending is present
• Vaginal deliveries and c-sections required
• Management of acute surgical and medical complications required
• Level IV NICU facility coverage included
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
