Site Coordinator

Job Title

Location: New York, NY Pay Rate: $21.23 - $26.74/hr Duration: 3 months Hours: 8-5pm, M-F Summary: Primary worksite: 25 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10010 (4 days per week). One day per week, employee will travel to: 325 Hudson Street, New York, NY and 150 Roger Avenue, Inwood, NY

Customer Service & Communication

• Manage, respond to, and coordinate all customer service calls.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked copier areas.

Supply Distribution & Management

• Perform shipping and receiving duties for materials and supplies.
• Deliver office supplies, including copier toner and paper.
• Travel between customer office locations in New York City and Inwood on a weekly basis.

Maintenance & Reporting

• Perform basic copier/printer maintenance and assist with equipment moves as needed.
• Maintain meter readings, service logs, and supply inventories.
• Collect and provide operational data to leadership and customers.
• Prepare and support monthly customer reports with guidance from assigned leadership.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Qualifications:

• High school or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
• Previous 1+ year Customer facing work experience required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.
• Tactical thought processing.
• Ability to present to a small group.
• Moderate Problem-Solving Skills.
• Basic Customer Service skills.
• Basic Technical aptitude.
• Basic Written and Verbal Communication skill.
