Bookkeeping Assistant/Data Entry Specialist

Job Description Busy Bookkeeping Firm which caters to Interior Design seeking to add a Bookkeeping Assistant/Data Entry Specialist/ to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, placing furnishings orders and tracking through delivery/installation. Responsibilities: Enter variety of data using current technology (Studio Designer, Design Manager, Programma, Quickbooks) Prepare and sort documents for data entry Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes Review and enter data updates in programs (Google Sheets, Studio Designer, Design Manager, Programma) Review discrepancies in data received Advise supervisor of issues related to data, print reports for expediting Assisting Bookkeepers in various tasks needed as position evolves Qualifications: Previous experience in data entry or other related fields Interior Design, Construction or Procurement experience preferred Excellent typing, grammar, and professional communication skills Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Company Description Our company thrives on the success of our clients.
