Commercial Litigation Associate

We are working with a premier law firm in Orange County seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial disputes within a collaborative, high-performing team, with direct exposure to partners and meaningful responsibility from the outset. The Role You will work on a broad range of complex business litigation matters. The position offers hands‑on experience across all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts, with clear scope for development within a structured and supportive environment. Responsibilities Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters across a range of industries Litigate breach of contract, business tort, and partnership disputes, including matters involving fraud, misrepresentation, breach of fiduciary duty, and unfair business practices Handle a broad range of commercial disputes, including contractual disagreements, shareholder/partnership issues, and business‑related claims Advise clients on litigation risk, strategy, and dispute resolution across commercial matters Support matters involving construction, financial, and operational disputes, including claims involving indemnity, contribution, and related liabilities Work on regulatory and compliance‑related disputes, including claims involving statutory and operational obligations Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda Support depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation Collaborate closely with partners on litigation strategy, case management, and client relationships Requirements Admitted to the California Bar Experience in commercial litigation Strong drafting and analytical skills Comfortable managing multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment Motivated to take ownership and develop within a high‑level practice What’s on Offer Competitive compensation and bonus structure Exposure to complex, high‑value litigation Clear progression within the firm Professional and collaborative working environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Gyoury-Hales Search
